Lindy and Grundy LA's Newest Meat Market

Lindy and Grundy will be offering meat free of hormones and antibiotics to customers in and around Los Angeles. Lindy and Grundy make all of their own sausages, roast beef and pastrami in house. Their market will feature locally raised meats and both women been trained by top butcher Joshua Applestone of Fleishers in Kingston, NY.
Before Amelia and Erika decided to get into the meat market business their careers included floral design and cooking.
Lindy and Grundy will only sell meat that humanely treated right up until the time it ends up on your dinner table. The philosophy is to offer top notch products, to be a part of the community and to educate people about butchering and food. Before the two meat entrepreneurs settled down to the business of cutting beef they were married  in Connecticut while on their way to California. Starting this December the newly weds will be serving up some of the best meats in Los Angeles. Lindy and Grundy's: is located at 801 North Fairfax Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90046.
